- Assistance. We have assisted many companies in the selection and acquisition of applications in finance and control and in production and retail. In these cases we helped businesses define requirements, write a Request for Proposal, select and create the “go Live” plan. We also assisted businesses in studying and designing business processes to regain the best and start change where feasible.
- Project management in the introduction of new systems or part of systems. Our clients often do not have enough managerial resources to follow standard management and dedicate the right amount of attention to the introduction of new systems of subsystems at the same time. In these cases Mate offers its resources to coordinate external suppliers, internal resources and the end users of the application.
- Change management. The introduction of a new system often entails resistance towards change. This resistance has been overcome only by using the right countermeasures. Mate has carried out many projects. Mate has a through knowledge of the phenomenon and knows exactly what to do. Mate has often been in charge of many of these activities.
